- CUSTOMER WELFARE AND TRAINING OFFICER
This role is responsible for customer welfare and staff training, with accountabilities as follows:
- Customer Care
- Training
- First Aid Officer
- After Hours Emergencies
Qualifications required:
- Relevant health/disability care qualification (min. Diploma in Enrolled Nursing)
- Completion of Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equiv)
- Current Apply First Aid qual (or higher)
Experience/skills required include:
- Experience in healthcare provision
- Experience in a training role
- Well developed understanding and/or experience in OH&S and manual handling
- Ability to relate well to staff at all levels
- Well developed organisational, time management and admin skills
- Current Open manual driver's license
The position is Permanent Part Time, 21 hours per week - Mon, Wed, Fri 7am - 2.30pm

- HOUSE LEADER
We are currently seeking a mature, experienced, efficient and committed person to oversee the day-to-day running of one of our retreats.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- day-to-day management of a residential retreat with up to 4 customers with physical disabilities
- staff supervision
- workplace health and safety
- personal care services to retreat customers
- after hours phone (on a rotating roster)
Qualifications and skills required:
- Quals in a relevant field (minimum Cert III)
- Experience in a disability or aged care carer role
- Staff management experience
- High level organisational, time management and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
- Current open manual driver's license
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, however there may be times in emergency situations where you will be required to fill in on other shifts.

- PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS - Managing Director's Residence
BE Lifestyle Retreats' Managing Director has a rare form of Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, is confined to an electric wheelchair, and requires personal assistance in her physical care and household services.
We are seeking mature and committed Personal Care Attendants for this residence, whose key requirements are as follows:
1. Provide personal care services
2. Domestic duties/housekeeping
Shift hours are:
- Monday Day Shift: 8am - 2pm
- Thursday Day Shift: 8am - 2pm
- Friday Day Shift: TBA
- Saturday Day Shift: 8am - 2pm
- Sunday Day Shift: 8am - 2pm
- Sunday to Saturday Night Shift: 4.30pm - 8am
We are ideally seeking applicants with experience in caring for people with disabilities/aged care.
Applicants must exhibit the following characteristics:
- Mature work ethic
- Sensible
- Commitment
All staff are required to obtain a clear health evaluation and yellow card.
Staff are offered a paid trial work period, and are employed under an Enterprise Agreement.
On-the-job training is provided, and Cert III in Disability is offered.

Staff are sought specifically for:
- All shifts - day, night and weekend
- Night and weekend shifts (extra allowances paid)
Staff must be committed to providing consistently high quality care for our retreat customers.
Ideally, we are looking for applicants with experience in caring for people with disabilities/aged care.
Applicants must exhibit the following characteristics:
