General Employment Details

  • Staff at BE Lifestyle Retreats are employed under our Enterprise Agreement.
  • All staff undergo a comprehensive induction process and receive training appropriate to their position.  Staff can access up to 17 hours of in-house training per year.
  • All Personal Care Attendants and House Leaders are required to have, as a minimum, a Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care.  New staff members who have not previously gained this qualification prior to employment with BE Lifestyle Retreats will be required to complete this Certificate within their first 12 months of employment with BE Lifestyle Retreats.
